This facility is run by Levy Restaurants and these are their rules:

• Clear bags are allowed to be brought in
• All Volunteers Must be at least 18 years old
• All Cashiers Must be 18 years old
• No large earrings, bracelets, watches or rings may be worn (other then wedding rings) 
• Uniform is long black slacks (Must cover your ankles), ALL black Polo, all black hat- for cooks & Back of House Attendants ONLY, black socks & ALL Black, non-skid shoes (You Must purchase your own hat, (Walmart has all black hats for like $10)
• Parking is in the Lot L off of 91st Ave.(See map below)
• Enter at Gate 3 which is the NW corner of the building
• ALL Volunteers Must have a valid Food Handlers card, take the on-line Levy Orientation, and be Title 4 alcohol trained
• You can bring in your drink with a lid and a straw. (No flip straw Hydros)

Talking Stick Resort Amphitheater (Formerly-Ak-Chin Pavilion)

• All Volunteers Must be at least 18 years old 
• All Volunteers Must have a current Team Alcohol Training Certificate
• No large earrings, bracelets, watches or rings may be worn (other then wedding rings) 
• Uniform is  black slacks, shorts or capris, ALL black, non-skid shoes, & white t-shirt, a shirt will be checked out and returned at every event
• Parking is off of 83rd Ave & Palm Lane in the gravel lot
• All Volunteers MUST have a valid Food Handlers Card
• Check-in is on the NW corner of the building
• Please bring your own cup with a lid and a straw for this venue

State Farm Stadium

This facility is run by Craft Culinary Concepts and these are their rules:

All Volunteers Must be at least 16 years old

• All Cashiers Must be 18 years old
• ALL Volunteers MUST attend a Craft Culinary Concepts Orientation class to receive your credential to be cleared for working here
• Uniform is long black slacks (Must cover your ankles), black POLO shirt, black socks & ALL Black, non-skid shoes (If it is cold, a long-sleeve BLACK shirt is allowed under your POLO.)
• Parking is at Camelback Ranch for most events, which is off of 107th Ave & Camelback, you will be bussed over, so allow enough time for this.
• All Volunteers MUST have a valid Food Handlers Card
• All Volunteers over the age of 18 MUST have taken a Title 4 Alcohol Training Class and passed it
• Check-in is through Gate 2, down the escalators, to the landing to check in and make sure they highlight your name 
• You can bring your own cup with a lid and a straw for this venue, but NO OLD CARDINAL CUPS CAN BE BROUGHT IN or flip top Cups 

Chase Field

• All Volunteers Must be at least 18 years old
• All Cashiers Must be 21 years old
• No large earrings, bracelets, watches or rings may be worn (other then wedding rings)
• Uniform is long black slacks (Must cover your ankles),PLAIN, black shirt, black socks & ALL Black, non-skid shoes, All black hat or Diamondbacks hat of any kind may be worn.
• Parking is on our own. There is street parking off of Madison and 9th Street. 
• Enter the building on the East side of building
• MUST have a LEVY badge to enter the building... or tell them that you are with Desert Impact Booster to check the list
• ALL Volunteers Must have a valid Food Handlers card, take the on-line Levy Orientation, and be Title 4 alcohol trained 
• You can bring in drinks, but no water bottles or flip top cups

Tempe Diablo Stadium

• Uniform is  black slacks, shorts or capris, black, non-skid shoes, & white t-shirt, a shirt will be checked out and returned at every event
• Parking is on the street
• All Volunteers MUST have a valid Food Handlers Card
• Check-in is at the top of the Angel's parking lot, on the west side of stadium
• Please bring your own cup with a lid and a straw for this venue

Arizona Financial Theatre

Getting to the Venue
Coming from the north: 

• Take the I-17 to 7th Avenue north 
• Take the Adams Street exit 
• Turn right (east) to Fourth Avenue 

Coming from the south: 

• Take the I-17 to 7th Avenue south 
• Take the Adams Street exit 
• Turn left (west) to Fourth Avenue

This facility is run by Legends  and these are their rules:

All Volunteers Must be at least 18 years old

• No large earrings, bracelets, watches or rings may be worn (other then wedding rings)
• Uniform is long black slacks (Must cover your ankles),PLAIN, black t-shirt, black socks & ALL Black, non-skid shoes, You will check out a shirt on the Balcony level, before each event & return it at the end of the night, to Devyn's Office.
• There are a couple of parking options, 5th Ave & Madison there is a lot you can pay with credit card. There is a parking garage at 4th Ave & Washington that says $16.00, but if you leave after 10:00 PM is free sometimes,  or you can try parking on the street.
• Enter the building on the West side of building, off of 5th Ave. The door is marked Employee Entrance
• ALL Volunteers Must have a valid Food Handlers card, Title 4 alcohol and be TEAM alcohol trained 
• You should bring in your own drink with a lid and a straw.​

Mortgage Matchup Center (Formerly PHX Arena)

This facility is run by OVG  and these are their rules:

All Volunteers Must be at least 18 years old

• No large earrings, bracelets, watches or rings may be worn (other then wedding rings)
• Uniform is long black slacks (Must cover your ankles),PLAIN, black t-shirt, black socks & ALL Black, non-skid shoes, You will check out a shirt at the Banner Health Building at 3rd Street & Jackson. Go thru security, down the stairs to OVG check-in. Get a shirt, sign the clipboard with Desert Impact, get a wristband. Go back upstairs and out the building. Head toward Arena and enter on the East side, at the door marked C103. 
• Everyone working in the Tostitos Cantina MUST wear a hat. Can be all black, any Suns hat or any Mercury hat.
• On non Chase Field event days, you can park in the Chase Field Parking Garage, at 4th Street & Buchanan   
• ALL Volunteers Must have a valid Food Handlers card and be Title 4 alcohol trained.
• You should bring in your own drink with a lid and a straw.
