For anyone volunteering at Desert Diamond Arena, Chase Field, State Farm Stadium, Peoria Sports Complex or Footprint Center- this is MANDATORY in order to volunteer there.

This year, it is Mandatory to get Title 4 Alcohol training as well as the TEAM alcohol training. Instructions for TEAM below. You can do it in person for free if you print the attached form and bring it with you to the class. All the necessary information is on the form for the class. If you want to take it online, just find the cheapest one offered and complete. Please make sure to print your copy, and send us a copy as well.
