11-8-25 Orientation @ State Farm Stadium

Park in the north preferred lot. Enter through
the Admin doors, to the East of the Box Office.
Please adhere to the following:
1) Arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to scheduled training
start time to register and have photo taken for stadium
credential a. DOORS WILL CLOSE PROMPTLY AT 11:30am
b. Once training starts late arrivals will need to reschedule
with their group leader for a future training session
2) Training is conducted in 2 parts – approx. 3. hour time commitment
a. Welcome and orientation – general policies and procedures with Q&A
b. Position specific overview - Stand Manager, Cashier, Cook
3) At orientation please be prepared to provide:
a. Completed forms including - Volunteer Data sheet and Individual Volunteer
Agreement. All forms will be available at orientation but will make the process
quicker if done prior to training. Social Security Number is required for the
background check. 4) Children are not allowed in training
or orientation sessions – childcare is NOT provided
5) Parking in North Preferred, enter on 95 th Ave just south
of Maryland 6) Enter through Offices door and you will be
directed down to the multi-media room
7) Temperature varies throughout the building – light
jacket or sweater recommended Orientation begins at 11:30am,
